We just like to chop up anything fresh from the Farmer's Market or the garden and make a tricked-out salsa with Jalapeño Cheese Curds! Tomatoes, jalapeños, green onion, cilantro, red pepper, avocado ... really any of your favorite veggies. We cut some of the larger curds into smaller pieces, and then top it all off with a splash of lime, dash of cumin and sea salt to taste.  [Tortilla chips totally optional]
